Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our automation projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary college diploma or engineering degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automation industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with automation software and systems.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to travel as required.
