**Job Summary**

IFG International Financial Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Trade Support Associate to join their Trade Support team. This is a 12-month contract opportunity to cover a maternity leave, with the potential to become a full-time position.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide timely support to the trade desk on T+0, ensuring seamless trade processing and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Process trades, follow up on and resolve issues, provide information and reports to traders, and liaise with counterparties and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the trade desk to ensure accurate and timely trade confirmations, settlements, PnL, and collateral management.

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of experience in capital markets operations supporting traders, with a strong understanding of derivative products and their trading lifecycles.
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with traders, counterparties, and internal teams.

**Work Environment**

This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days per week spent in the office. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with the trade desk to achieve business objectives.
