Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Edo Japan. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the best possible quality and value.
- Customer Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues and maintaining a positive reputation.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurants run efficiently and effectively.
- Work Environment: Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
