Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at The Market Bistro. Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Staff Development: Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 to 37 hours per week. The work language is English.
