**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at A&W Canmore. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and feedback to team members
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
