**Job Summary**

* Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution
* Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff
* Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible quality and value
* Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, building strong relationships and driving business growth
* Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, making data-driven decisions to drive business success

**Requirements**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

**Work Details**

* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
