Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Janitorial Services Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning and sanitation services to our clients, ensuring their facilities are safe and healthy for occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide complete janitorial services, including dusting, mopping, and sweeping floors and surfaces
- Sanitize and disinfect surfaces to maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Collect and dispose of waste in a responsible and efficient manner
- Clean common areas, entrances, stairwells, and restrooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Learn industry-leading cleaning techniques to achieve consistently high-quality results
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing customers' unique needs
Requirements:
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
- Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Positive and friendly attitude, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt and learn new skills, with a willingness to take on new challenges
- Police Background Check
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Stand and/or walk throughout the duration of the shift
- Able to bend, stretch, lift, pull, and carry, climb stairs
