About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Janitorial Services Specialist at Commercial Cleaning Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive janitorial services by dusting, mopping, and sweeping floors and surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Sanitize and disinfect surfaces to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a healthy facility.
  • Collect and dispose of waste in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Clean common areas, entrances, stairwells, and restrooms to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
  • Learn and implement industry-leading cleaning techniques to achieve consistently high-quality results.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing clients' unique needs and providing a positive experience.
  • Contribute to the success of Commercial Cleaning Services by adhering to our values and standards.

Requirements

  • Possess a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude, with the ability to adapt and learn new skills.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods.
  • Hold a Police Background Check and be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
