Janitorial Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at AllStream Janitorial Services Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of sites and facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we are providing value to our clients.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaners as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and equipment required to perform their duties.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our cleaning services are integrated with other business operations.
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management context.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
