Bakery Specialist

Chef Reza Inc is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for various baked goods, following recipes and special customer orders
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality products
- Train and supervise bakery staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Prepare special orders and ensure timely delivery
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field
- Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods
- Work in a bakery environment with exposure to heat, noise, and physical demands
- May require overtime and flexible scheduling
