We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Jokers Theatre and Comedy Club. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection, meeting established quality standards.
  • Prepare special orders and ensure timely delivery to our customers.
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Permanent employment with a 30-hour workweek.
  • English language proficiency.
Personal Suitability:
  • Accurate and reliable in your work.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
