Bakery Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at La Rocca Creative Kitchen Richmond Hill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
  • Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure that all products meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production deadlines.
  • Collaborate with our team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry production environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
