About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at LUCULLUS PASTRIES INC. as a Pastry Artisan. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Production: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all baked goods are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Skills: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
