About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Go-To-Market Strategy to join our team at Canada Goose Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our go-to-market strategy, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute GTM Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of our GTM strategy.
  • Drive Business Growth: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to identify opportunities for business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage GTM Calendars and Milestones: Oversee the development and implementation of GTM calendars and milestones, ensuring timely decision-making and a high degree of preparation with teams.
  • Measure and Analyze Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to measure the success of our GTM strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate Progress and Results: Communicate progress, wins, and pain points along the GTM process to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations and insights.
Requirements
  • 5-10+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in project management, change management, and project planning, preferably in a retail/fashion environment, strategy consulting company, or banking environment.
  • GTG Process Experience: Prior experience managing GTM processes, calendars, and milestones, with a strong understanding of cross-functional team dynamics.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform business decisions.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
