Drive Business Growth as a Product Marketing Manager
Jobber is seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and customer acquisition.
About the Role
The Product Marketing Manager will report to the Director, Product Marketing, and will be responsible for:
- Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
- Go-to-Market Strategy Development: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with our business objectives and drive customer acquisition.
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product positioning and messaging strategies that resonate with our target audience.
- Internal Enablement: Develop and execute internal communications plans to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and equipped to support our go-to-market strategies.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our go-to-market processes to ensure that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business objectives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically, with a focus on driving business growth and customer acquisition.
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
