Our Human Resources Business Partner team is seeking a Senior Manager, HRBP for a temporary role of up to 12 months. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of Human Resources Business Partners, offering guidance on complex HR and labor relations matters.
- Facilitate the effective diagnosis of business challenges and strategic objectives, developing solutions that align with key priorities and foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to provide insights on the effectiveness of existing programs and contribute to the design and development of HR initiatives.
- Work closely with executive leadership to identify and cultivate talent through formal training, mentoring, coaching, and challenging assignments to meet business goals.
