Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Joss Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Cost Control: Cost products and services, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure that all products are stored and displayed in a clean and organized manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, and ensure that all customers receive a positive dining experience.
- Staff Management: Manage staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Accessibility: Provides physical accessibility accommodations, visual accessibility accommodations, and auditory accessibility accommodations.
- Disability Support: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports persons with disabilities.
- Newcomer and Refugee Support: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
