Job Responsibilities:

- Receive and manage shipments from various facilities, vendors, and customer returns. Ensure proper stocking of products received from manufacturing facilities and vendors, and restock unused items from customer returns. Report any damaged, missing, or used products to the warehouse or distribution manager. Many items are manually stored in case good quantities.

- Accurately fulfill customer orders to guarantee the correct product, size, and quantity. Pull orders based on picking slips or greenbar reports for truck line shipments, SRD's, and CPU's. Utilize equipment such as two-wheelers, carts, forklifts, and order pickers, requiring the lifting of case goods, pails, and drums.

- Complete picking slips with the appropriate shipping information, label products, and wrap skids for truck line pickup. Safely load outbound trucks, ensuring that all paperwork complies with DOT regulations.

- Provide support in the absence of the warehouse/distribution manager. Perform additional duties as necessary, including but not limited to ordering trucks, conducting cycle counts, managing physical inventory, training, audits, and communication with truck lines, representatives, and customers. Participate in Kaizen events and other ZBS initiatives, and be prepared to handle distribution duties, including shipping full truckloads to other Zep distribution centers, managing truck ship dates, generating morning production backorder reports, and maintaining effective communication with full truckload carriers.
