Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
- Front Desk Operations: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn the hotel's operations and systems.
- Language: Proficiency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
