Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies that align with business objectives and promote a culture of understanding and adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with change, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip stakeholders with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to change.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand their concerns, impacts, and issues related to change, and develop targeted communication plans to address these concerns.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure that change management actions are aligned with project deliverables and timelines.
  • Provide ongoing support and evaluation to ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management, and apply this knowledge to drive business results.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Recognized training and/or certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP, CMS).
  • At least 8 years of experience in change management on major projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
