Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, select, and nurture a high-performing team
  • Offer guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Mentor team members to foster a culture of constructive feedback and positive influence
  • Maintain a competitive compensation framework to attract and retain top talent
  • Uphold the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct

Sales Strategy and Financial Insight

  • Formulate strategies to enhance branch sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to drive loyalty and growth
  • Identify new sales opportunities and assess metrics for profit-sharing
  • Prepare and present annual performance reviews

Branch Operations and Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety Policies
  • Conduct inspections to verify safety standards and procedures
  • Maintain operational protocols in accordance with company policies
  • Leverage technology for reporting and employee management
  • Support branch operations as necessary

Qualifications:

  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in the Plumbing/HVAC wholesale sector
  • Strong business insight and technical skills
  • Experience in change management
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and commitment to safety
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Strong work ethic and drive for success
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety Standards
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License
