We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our operations in the GTA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the branch, including sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting, and inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of all personnel.
- Provide direction, training, and coaching to all branch staff.
- Financial Management
- Manage the branch's profit and loss (P&L) statement, including budgets, expenses, and inventory.
- Customer Service
- Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently delivered.
- Compliance and Safety
- Ensure all employees comply with health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Brand Ambassador
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador, building brand recognition and supporting sales initiatives.
- Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory and sales experience.
- Skills
- Proven record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Electrical industry experience.
