Branch Operations Manager

**Job Summary**
Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Branch Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily branch activities and driving sales growth and profitability across all branch areas.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales and service professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.
- Collaborate with the VP of Credit to manage branch account receivables and ensure timely payment.
- Supervise and train sales and service staff to build a motivated and successful workforce committed to the company's long-term success.
- Provide feedback and coaching to sales and service staff to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with other managers and branches to develop company-wide strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in sales and service leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop plans to improve sales performance.
- Valid Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract.
