Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Mr Bin Building Supply Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive landscaping plans, taking into account client needs, site conditions, and budget constraints.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of landscape technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain the highest standards of quality.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates on project progress, and ensure their satisfaction with the final result.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of landscaping equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and meets safety standards.
  • Material Procurement: Source and procure materials, supplies, and equipment necessary for landscaping projects, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g., horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field).
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the landscaping industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team. Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and quality control. Familiarity with landscaping equipment and materials.
