Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Shawflex is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the Canadian Nuclear market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate key accounts and win new business in the Nuclear sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical personnel and decision-makers at Canadian Nuclear Utilities and industry supply chain partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales plans, including account management, business development, and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or Chemical) or related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in Nuclear market sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to evaluate complex information and apply business logic.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and grow business.
