Agency Contact Coordinator

At Eric Gruscyk - Desjardins Insurance Agent, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Agency Contact Coordinator. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to leverage their skills and experience to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities and schedule appointments with potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Make outbound calls to promote various insurance products and services.
  • Book appointments for the agent and perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting goals.
