We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as an Agency Contact Coordinator. As a key member of our Desjardins Insurance Agent team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through exceptional customer service and value-based conversations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt and accurate customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including making outbound calls and booking appointments.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including errands and marketing projects, utilizing our company car as needed.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Dedication to customer service and ability to multitask.
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers and possess a valid driver's license.
