This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong desire to grow with our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads and appointments.
- Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products and services.
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products and services.
- Book appointments for our agent and perform various administrative tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media and letter campaigns.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license.
