Job Title: Line Cook

Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in good condition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

As a Line Cook at Canada Inc., you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot and humid environment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours:

40 hours per week.
