Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Philthy Philly's Cheesesteak & Poutinerie. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure our menu items meet our high standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
