Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Five Forks Bar & Grill Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Communication
    • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle other correspondence.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external parties.
  • Office Operations
    • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
