Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food products.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that our restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure that our restaurant is aligned with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and take initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
