Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy
    • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to build lasting relationships with our customers.
    • Identify business opportunities to increase customer experience and upsell opportunities.
    • Map untapped opportunities and define a multi-channel approach to improve CRM strategies.
    • Recommend potential boosting tactics and lead the end-to-end strategy (acquisition, retention, upsell & repurchase).
    • Use data to define KPIs and goals across different segments, identify trends, and deepen consumer knowledge.
  • Processes
    • Map marketing automation processes that support various teams by gathering brand, e-commerce, omnichannel & CRM objectives.
    • Build recommendations and plans to achieve goals, prioritize initiatives and timelines, and co-build roadmaps.
    • Assess feasibility and work with CRM specialists to create a detailed execution plan, analyzing, adapting, and improving.
  • Culture
    • Elevate marketing skills through an active and informed global marketing community.
    • Participate in workshops and training aligned with the vision, and support initiatives to develop and propel a unique and engaging CRM culture globally.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in customer relationship management and strategic planning.
  • Experience in marketing automation (multi-channels).
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce & market trends.
  • Knowledge of Adobe campaign solution or Salesforce required.
  • Fluent in both English & French (written and spoken).
  • Eager to engage and innovate.
  • Ability to work in collaboration with different divisions of the organization.
  • Good communicator.
  • Great problem-solving skills and creativity.
  • Detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize work and to carry out multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines.
  • Ability to lead medium-scale projects.
