The Program Delivery Coordinator is integral to the Program Delivery Division, reporting directly to the Program Delivery Manager of the Lightspeed Segment. This role involves overseeing and coordinating various functions within the Lightspeed Program Delivery Office, making it an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals seeking to enhance their project management skills.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in supporting development initiatives and will be enthusiastic about contributing to a diverse and high-performing team. The Program Delivery Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Program Delivery Office team to execute the responsibilities outlined below.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration of Tools for PMO: Ensure processes and procedures for tools administration are maintained, aligning with PMO standards and practices, while monitoring access to program tools and managing permissions.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Generate regular reports on program access management, updates on processes and training, and the status of action items. Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to program activities and evaluations.
  • Process Management and Training Support: Assist in the development and upkeep of processes and training materials. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and enhancements to processes and training resources.
  • Coordination of Program-Level Reviews: Collaborate with stakeholders across the program to plan, organize, and support documentation and action items for program-wide reviews on a monthly, quarterly, and design basis.
  • Management of Program-Level Action Items: Track and oversee program-level action items arising from program reviews, quarterly assessments, and milestone evaluations. Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed and prepared for program-level reviews.
Qualifications & Experience Required
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the telecommunications or engineering sectors.
  • Ability to create, log, and manage communications and documentation for projects.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Primavera, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence is advantageous.
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and methodologies.
  • Exhibit a positive, solution-oriented attitude and the capability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, organizational skills, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Decision-Making & Supervision
  • This position supports the Lightspeed Program team through the Program Delivery Office. As the Program Delivery Coordinator, you will be expected to provide informed recommendations to the leadership of the Lightspeed Program Delivery Division.
Working Conditions
  • Typical office environment.
  • Occasional travel, including international travel, may be required.
  • The successful candidate must be eligible to work in Canada and obtain clearance under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
