Position Overview
We are seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our Medical Affairs team. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate and strengthen relationships while enhancing our scientific credibility with both established and emerging external experts (EEs).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inquiries by delivering essential scientific and medical information to external experts and internal stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining in-depth scientific knowledge to facilitate credible information dissemination to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and external experts.
- Participating in and following up on investigator-initiated studies (IIS), clinical trials, and medical projects within the relevant therapeutic area.
- Providing scientific support and fostering relationships with external experts and academic institutions.
- Delivering informative presentations on scientific topics to HCPs, either individually or in group settings.
- Assisting in the selection of qualified HCPs for collaborative initiatives, ensuring high standards of scientific and educational integrity.
- Attending relevant scientific conferences and summarizing key data presented.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Doctorate, MD, or MSc degree in a relevant scientific discipline, along with demonstrated experience.
- Relevant business acumen and a solid understanding of the biotech and pharmaceutical landscape.
- Experience in presenting and interpreting scientific or clinical research publications.
- Knowledge of scientific methodologies applied to clinical research and current regulatory frameworks.
- A strong interest in developing and maintaining expert knowledge in the assigned therapeutic area and medical research.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
- A valid driver's license and passport.

- The ability to coordinate scientific and medical engagement efforts across various stakeholders, aligning interaction plans with the Scientific Interaction Plan (SIP) to achieve medical objectives.
- A comprehensive understanding of strategic execution and data-driven decision-making to surpass in-field team business goals.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, incorporating input from other in-field team members to optimize business outcomes.
