Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Vibro-Acoustics by Swegon. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your technical expertise and industry knowledge to support our clients in the selection, quotation, and provision of V-A solutions that address their unique requirements for different HVAC applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and access customer needs, offering V-A engineered products to meet their requirements.
  • Make rapport and work closely with V-A rep network across North America to provide engineered products for noise and vibration control solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations while generating quotations and communicating requirements to reps, OEMs, and consultants across North America.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Sales role, HVAC, noise control, or vibration isolation.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, noise and vibration control principles, and relevant industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, ASTM).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
