Server - Food and Beverage Services Representative

XL FOOD INC is seeking a skilled Server to join our team in providing exceptional food and beverage services to our customers. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Food and Beverage Service
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Restaurant Operations
- Balance cash and record sales accurately.
- Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables, trays, and chairs.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Language and Communication
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management in English.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule
- 35 hours per week.
