Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Torbay Fun Foods Ltd. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, or room billings.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
    • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Restaurant Operations
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
    • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is an asset.
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
