Server - Food and Beverage Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Sun Sushi Inc. as a Food and Beverage Service Staff Member. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
- Point of Sale Operations: Present bills to customers, accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards, and balance cash and record sales.
- Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
- Communication: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Availability: 35 hours per week.
