Server - Food and Beverage Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at XL FOOD INC. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Order Taking: Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
- Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to customers in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Special Needs Assistance: Assist clients/guests with special needs, such as dietary restrictions or mobility issues.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Language Skills: Communicate effectively with guests in English, the primary language spoken in the restaurant.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Term: Temporary.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
