About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team at Recipe Unlimited Corporation. As an Industrial Engineer, you will provide operational consulting to cross-functional stakeholders, driving new menu or packaging items and new food-production equipment, systems, and process projects from conception to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and influence solutions to increase production capacity, decrease complexity, labor, or ergonomic risk for team members
  • Provide SME to all Recipe brands needing restaurant Operational Feasibility and process insight
  • Identify barriers, bottlenecks, and pain points to continued profitable growth, prioritize problems to solve, and recommend improvements
  • Find opportunities to optimize throughput and increase the speed of service for priority brands
  • Influence partners across multiple brands and departments to direct large, high-impact programs related to restaurant capacity and complexity improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar discipline (Master's Degree in Engineering Discipline preferred)
  • 4-6 years of engineering experience (Industrial Engineering preferred) with high interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to provide technical leadership to stakeholders
  • Advanced project management skills demonstrated
  • Previous experience working in a restaurant environment
