About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Operations Specialist to join our team at Recipe Unlimited Corporation. As an Industrial Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across our restaurant portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Consulting: Provide expert consulting services to cross-functional stakeholders to drive new menu or packaging items and new food-production equipment, systems, and process projects from conception to implementation.
  • Capacity Optimization: Develop and influence solutions to increase the production capacity of restaurants and decrease complexity, labor, or ergonomic risk for team members.
  • Process Improvement: Utilize disciplined engineering analysis, problem-solving, and innovative design principles to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  • Communication and Influence: Skilled in influencing and communicating with cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization to drive results.
  • Project Management: Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet all business needs and are successfully executed within constraints.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar discipline (Master's Degree in Engineering Discipline preferred).
  • Experience: 4-6 years of engineering experience (Industrial Engineering preferred) with high interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced project management skills, proficiency in Google (Doc, Sheets, Slides), and knowledge of producing and maintaining technical specification documents.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, relational, and team skills to enable interaction with restaurant team members, as well as corporate peers and leaders.
