Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Electricians Supervisor to join our team at Jecxo Electrical & Renovation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction electricians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Resource Management: Estimate costs, materials, and labor requirements for projects, ensuring we have the necessary resources to complete tasks on time.
  • Communication: Coordinate with other departments, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that all work meets our high standards, identifying and addressing any quality issues promptly.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Assist with foreign credential recognition and provide support to help newcomers and refugees integrate into our team.
  • Support for Youths: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
