Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including preparation of production reports and schedules.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of construction workers, including apprentices.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and oversee the requisitioning of equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including setting up machines and equipment.
  • Recommend personnel actions and oversee the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction regulations and safety protocols.
