Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including bricklayers, cement finishers, tilesetters, and labourers.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and oversee the procurement of necessary supplies.
  • Prepare production and other reports, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project progress.
  • Supervise apprenticeship training and oversee the recruitment and hiring of workers.
  • Set up machines and equipment, and ensure they are properly maintained.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, and oversee the transportation of materials and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in noisy environments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
