Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc. as a Construction Supervisor.

Job Summary:

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of skilled tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead a team of skilled tradespeople, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Recruit and hire workers, as needed, and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Train or arrange for training, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Estimate costs and materials, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction management.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors, in a noisy and dusty environment.
  • Ability to work at heights.
