Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc. as a key member of our construction operations.

Job Summary:

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role will involve supervising a team of construction workers, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of construction workers and ensure that they have the necessary skills and training to complete their tasks.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to and that the work site is a safe and healthy environment for all workers.
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that construction projects are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a noisy environment.
