Job Title: Regional Director of Sales

At Daniels Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts in Ontario, Quebec, and Eastern Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and manage sales quotas for the region.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and business managers to create a business plan that ensures budget attainment and drives revenue growth.
  • Work with business managers to formulate an effective customer call strategy to maximize opportunities in each territory.
  • Utilize pipeline management to ensure sales plans are met and all opportunities are recorded in Salesforce CRM.
  • Review and analyze sales activities, targets, and strategies to maximize results and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and GPOs to drive long-term commitments and revenue growth.
  • Produce regular sales analysis and reporting for the Canadian Senior Leadership team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (BA or BS).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling to medical professionals and hospitals.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing an effective sales team.
  • Strong solution-based selling skills and ability to present product features and clinical benefits.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and pipeline management.
