About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Client Service Technology Contact Centre team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the investigation and translation of business requirements into test cases, designing and managing end-to-end testing activities for various projects across the business, and providing clients with quality products that meet business and system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the investigation and translation of business requirements into test cases
  • Design and manage end-to-end testing activities for various projects across the business
  • Provide clients with quality products that meet business and system requirements
  • Provide advice to your team, including ongoing feedback, support, and mentorship
  • Proactively identify any potential issues throughout all test phases, and suggest possible improvements or enhancements
  • Project coordination: Identify obstacles or risks that may impact a project's timeline or success and provide regular status updates to the business
Requirements:

We're looking for someone with experience in software development testing, automation, and software process improvement. It's an asset if you have experience writing and executing SQL queries, and have software development experience in Java, C#, Python, VBScript, etc.
