About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at B & B PIZZA INC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
    • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Food Preparation and Quality Control
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
    • Ensure that food meets quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with frequent standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Efficient interpersonal skills.
    • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week.
